I have read this
article and it was mainly about the strategies of distribution food around the
world. I found in this article how a customer is important for the marketing. For
instance, this article gives example of the people in Iceland who do not have a
cell phone. Therefore, when they go to theater, the employee bring them a phone
to order from Domino’s restaurant. The company of Domino’s has teamed who drive
in to deliver the pizza to the customer in the theater. In fact, this article
remind me of some strategies of marketing that I learned in the college in my
country. For example, there is one strategy, which is call substitution, and
this strategy means to give another product instead of non-available product. Therefore,
when the customer come to the store to buy something he needs but he could not
find it, the seller will show him another item that related to one he wanted. Finally,
I think that any company want to success, it must provide the customers a convenient
services and try to make them satisfied.
